DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:
Confirmation Deposit of $500 is due upon reservation and does not apply toward rental fee. Another $500 deposit is due before departure, for a total of a $1000.00 deposit before departure. Payment by credit card is OK. The two deposits are refundable when boat is returned on time and in same condition as checked out.

Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Traveler's Check. No Personal Checks accepted.

Rentals are limited to adults, ages 25 or older, with a valid driver's license. Houseboats sleep a maximum of 8 - 16 people (depends on the boat). A surcharge of $35 per person, per day will be charged for each person over the amount included in the rental up to the designated max amount. Call for more information.

Full Houseboat Payment is required 45 days prior to boarding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you must cancel, notify us in writing at least 45 days prior to your departure date. Your deposit will be refunded less a $200 facilitating fee. Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total payment. If you reschedule your vacation during the same year, there will be a $125.00 facilitating fee charged up to 45 days prior to your trip. Any rescheduling requests received after this time will be treated as a cancellation. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. For this reason, we recommend "SAME TRIP COVERAGE" which can be purchased from a travel agent, check with your travel agent.

Minimum Rental is 3 days during peak season. No Rebates for late arrival or early return.

OPERATION:
Customer is checked out on all procedures at the marina and safe boating operation procedures. No special boating license is required, only respect for the size of the craft, its engines, basic boating rules and courtesy.

SUPPLIES INCLUDED:
Silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, garbage can liners, bucket, mop, dust pan, broom and vacuum.

PET POLICY:
We regret that we cannot allow pets aboard our houseboats.

The marina has a parking fee and is not included in the rental fee.
